We stand behind every order. If your package is lost in transit, seized in customs, or simply does not arrive, Modahawk will make it right with a free reship or a full refund.

Delayed, Lost, or Seized Packages
Express US-to-US orders typically arrive within a few business days. International orders take longer and can occasionally be held by customs. A slow-tracking package has not necessarily been lost.
How long to wait before contacting us:
- Express US-to-US: allow a few extra business days beyond the typical window.
- International: allow additional time for cross-border shipping and customs.
If the expected window has clearly passed, email hello@modahawk.com with your Order ID and billing email.
Returns of Medication
For safety and hygiene reasons, opened or used medication generally cannot be returned. We do not operate a change-of-mind return process. Genuine problems with an order are resolved through our reship or refund guarantee instead.
How Refunds Are Issued
Approved refunds are returned in cryptocurrency to a wallet you provide. Crypto refunds settle after the necessary network confirmations. We process approved refunds as promptly as we can.

- The billing email used at checkout
